RenoMark
In the dynamic world of home renovation, trust and quality are essential. Renovators face the challenge of standing out in a crowded market while showcasing their worth to homeowners. This is where RenoMark steps in, offering a clear mark of distinction that elevates renovators’ credibility and professionalism.
About the program
The RenoMark program serves to connect homeowners to professional renovators and contractors who are committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The RenoMark symbol recognizes trusted members of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association who abide by a rigorous, renovation-specific Code of Conduct. RenoMark identifies professional contractors who have agreed to abide by a renovation-specific Code of Conduct, so that you can have confidence in your renovation professional. It helps Canadians make informed decisions about the renovation process and who you hire for your project. The Renovators' Mark of Excellence logo makes it easy for homeowners to identify participating professional renovators who have agreed to provide a superior level of service.
History of RenoMark
The RenoMark program was first established in 2001 by BILD-GTA and delivered in partnership with CHBA since 2017. In June 2024, the full ownership and operation of the program was transferred to CHBA. This move allows CHBA to facilitate the full administration of the RenoMark program to HBAs and members across the country.
