About the Meetings
During CHBA's Fall Meetings, the National Committees and Councils and Board of Directors meet in Ottawa to conduct the business of the association. These are important meetings for National Committee/Council/Board members and their associated EOs to attend, to advance both the business of the national association as well as that of local and provincial HBAs.

Parking
Valet/On-site Parking – Limited to Registered Hotel Guests through Valet Parking Service only at the rate of $53.00
per day, plus tax. Prices are subject to change without notice.
For local meeting/event attendees, restaurant patrons, and registered guests who wish to self-park, alternate parking is
available within a short distance of the hotel.

Net Zero Council
The NZC supports innovation in our industry with the goal of creating a market advantage for CHBA members. The mandate of the Council is to deliver services that will support members’ voluntary adoption of Net Zero housing. Members of the Net Zero Council are expected to attend, and Provincial/Local EOs are strongly encouraged to attend. Any other CHBA member and HBA staff who has an interest in the NZC are welcome to attend.

6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.Â
Executive Committee
CHBA's Executive Committee of the Board oversees the ongoing direction of the Association on the Board's behalf. Members of the Executive Committee are expected to attend.
Note: This meeting is open only to Executive Committee members.
