Iceberg Quest Tours

For those whose flight schedules allow, join your fellow EOs on Tuesday, June 10 on an ocean boat tour where we’ll be on the lookout for 1700-year-old icebergs, Atlantic puffins and humpback whales! Iceberg Quest, the tour company, is a short walk from the JAG hotel. This two-hour narrated excursion showcases Cape Spear, Cabot Tower, and Fort Amherst from the sea. Enjoy live Newfoundland music and a cash-only bar with drinks and snacks. Those wishing to attend must select this option during your online PDF registration (cost is $115). Note: we will walk as a group together from the hotel ~1:15pm and should be back at the hotel by ~4:30pm in time for the welcome reception. Remember to dress warmly and wear non-slip shoes.
