The CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence is Canada's premiere awards competition for the residential construction industry. Each year, hundreds of projects are submitted from rural areas and large cities, and from small family-run businesses and larger developers. Categories feature a range of awards for many different types of projects, including entry-level homes, attached and detached, production and custom homes, renovations at different price points, net zero homes and renovations, new and growing communities, and a variety of residential marketing efforts.
The 2024 competition is now closed. Finalists have been announced! Winners will be presented on May 10, 2024 in Saint John, New Brunswick during CHBA's Home Building Week in Canada.
